Born and raised in Wichita Falls, Derek Cook is a seasoned Midland, Texas -based trial lawyer based with deep Texas roots and a passion for zealous courtroom advocacy. He earned his bachelor’s degree in History with a Pre-Law focus from UT- Arlington and his J.D. from Baylor Law School, where he sharpened his litigation skills in the renowned Practice Court program and served on the Baylor Law Review.
